We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached at Gemora Lux's discretion.
Custom-designed jewellery, engraved items, and sale products are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once we receive your returned item, Gemora Lux will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our return policy.
Gemora Lux is not responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
